Each class is ONLY $5.00. (Note: Chair Dance classes are available for Members with Monthly Unlimited* Access only.  Make note that some classes are 30 minutes and some are 1 hour. "Pay per class" fees are just that--per class, not hourly.)  All participants must review the "Get Fit! Membership Agreement"

If you posses the time and the energy, you have the choice of purchasing a Day Pass for ONLY $10!  (Note: Chair Dance classes are available for Members with Monthly Unlimited* Access only.  Exceptions may be made by management depending on availibility, however, this is not certain.) NOTE: Get Fit! Group Fitness (Enjoy Life) will not refund or transfer any unused pass purchases or any unused paid monthly  membership fees.  Entry into classes are not gauranteed.  It is strongly advised that you register for classes in a timely manner. *Chair dance classes will be limited to 2 per week for members due to space.

Register for your weekly classes on Sunday. Weekly Class schedule will be posted by Sunday of each week. Indicate your name, email, and class request to include date and time via email request to getfit@enjoyliferehab.com.  Take notice that some classes are 30 minutes and some are 1 hour. Regardless the length of the class, you must register for EACH class.

Be aware that all classes have a minimum class size of 3 and each class will close once maximum allowed participants are reached. (Note: If the minimum class size is not met, there is a strong likelihood that that class will be cancelled. Those registered will be notified.)  To ensure that you are registered in your desired classes, please register early.  All classes are on a first come, first serve basis.  You MUST register for classes prior to attendance to prevent overbooking for classes. Notification via email will be sent to each member with class request availability. Entry to classes are NOT guaranteed. 

Please give 24-hour notice via email if you need to cancel a class request.  This allows us to be considerate of other Members who may be waiting to enter a desired class. Sign in for each class attended. Thank you!

It is strongly recommended that each Member bring a personal towel and mat for floor activities. There are no storage lockers/areas. Members will be responsible for their personal belongings in the facility and on the property.

Fitness Craze—This High energy, high intesity fitness class comnine elements of a mixture of a Zumba-like workout with Taebo. In short, this is an excellent total body workout for those who are looking to burn a lot of calories while strengtheningand toning muscle. come workout with our instructors who are "crazy" about fitness! Get a good workout while enjoying sounds of a Latin, Caribbean and Hip Hop blend.







Flex & Strecth
—This class focuses on flexibility and balance. Stretching allows for greater flexibility while lengthening the muscles and ultimately protecting your body from injury.





Chair Dance





Chair Dance—This class will have your significant other begging for more! You will enjoy a workout that will develop your core muscles and lower body while bringing out your seductive side.








Hip Hop Aerobics
—Intense aerobic workout to the hottest music with a sexy vibe. Not only will this incorporate some of the latest dance moves in this workout, it will also sculpt your body.











Body Talk
—This class is a two-fer! Get a good workout using a lot of muscle isolation techniques and learn some sexy routines.





Abs Sculpture
—This class focuses on the core for 30 min. While targeting yours abs and obliques. You’ll find yourself
sculpting your back as well.







Bootylicious
—Get a Bootylicious booty in this 30 min class. Come join us in this class for a smack-able, grab-able, clap-able, toned derriere.



African Dancehall—This high energy class provides a total body workout through African and Dancehall moves. This class is excellent for those who are looking to burn calories, tone muscles, and learn some awesome dance moves at the same time! Feel the energy, feel the beat, African Dancehall will make you move your feet!

RYAN

Born April 15,1987, Ryan Hill is a 25 year old native of Tallahassee, Fl. Ryan is a former standout student athlete at Rickards High School here in Tallahassee. It was there he flourished in multiple sports helping aid Rickards track team earn a state championship in the boys 4x1 100 meter relay in 2006. Ryan was deemed so exceptional on the gridiron he earned himself a full scholarship to the university of Miami. It was there Ryan began to grow his love for health fitness becoming one of the university most fit athletes in the history of their athletics program. Its said to believe that Ryan maintained a body percentage of less than 4.00 4 out of his 5 years there. Ryan was a double major while attending the University Of Miami; during his time there he received both a B.A. in liberal arts and a B.S. in sociology, both in less than 3 ½ years. Ryan went on to earn a M.S. in liberal studies. Ryan also won several awards both on & off the field including the 2010 UM sports hall of fame unsung hero award for his sacrifices to his team, coaches and university and becoming a member of the 2011 ACC All-Academic Team for holding over a 3.5 gpa during his senior year of football. Upon leaving college Ryan Signed a 3 year contract as a free agent to the Minnesota Vikings Football team. Ryan has recently moved back home to Tallahassee to prepare for a career in the US Marine Corps, as he was hand selected to become a US Marine Corps Officer. Ryan loves to work out, hunt, and fish. Ryan is currently taking classes at Tallahassee Community College in hopes of attaining a water quality technician certification by next August. Ryan is an active member of The 100 Black Men of America, Inc. Ryan has hopes of becoming a humanitarian and philanthropist. Ryan is devoted Christian, he is single, and has no children of his own but does have 6 nephews that he loves and cares for deeply and is also expecting 2 more sometime mid year.
